How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Wild Vision Ltd ("Wild Vision," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12941438) with its registered office at Enterprise House Ground Floor, 21 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH8 8EY, United Kingdom, is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold. This page explains how to exercise that right.
What Data We May Hold About You
Depending on how you interact with Wild Vision OS and our services, we may hold the following categories of personal data:

| Financial Data | Earnings reports, payment information, deal terms |
| Usage Data | Login history, feature usage, IP addresses, browser information |
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data through any of the following methods:
1. Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- • Your full name and email address associated with your account
- • Which platforms you want data deleted from (or "all")
- • Any specific data categories you want deleted
2. Creator Portal
If you have access to the Creator Portal, you can disconnect individual platforms from the Platform Authentications page. Disconnecting a platform will revoke our access tokens and stop all data collection for that platform. To request full account deletion, please use the email method above or the form below.

What Happens After You Submit a Request
Acknowledgement (within 72 hours)
We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity.
Processing (within 30 days)
We will delete or anonymise your personal data from our systems. This includes revoking all platform access tokens and removing stored analytics data.
Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted, detailing what was removed.
Exceptions to Deletion
In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request. These exceptions include:
- • Legal obligations: Data required to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal requirements (e.g., financial records retained for 7 years under UK law).
- • Contractual obligations: Data necessary to fulfil the terms of an active Creator Agreement or Vendor Agreement.
- • Legitimate interests: Data required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- • Aggregated/anonymised data: Data that has been fully anonymised and can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
If any exception applies, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the legal basis for retention.
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Wild Vision OS, you can request deletion of all data obtained through the Facebook/Meta APIs. Upon receiving your request, we will:
- • Revoke and delete all stored Facebook/Instagram access tokens
- • Delete all Facebook Page and Instagram account analytics data
- • Delete all content metadata obtained through Facebook/Meta APIs
- • Delete all audience insights and demographic data from Facebook/Meta
- • Remove your Facebook/Instagram account associations from our systems
You can also revoke Wild Vision OS's access to your Facebook data directly through your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
YouTube / Google Data Deletion
If you connected your YouTube channel to Wild Vision OS, you can request deletion of all data obtained through the YouTube API Services. Upon receiving your request, we will:
- • Revoke and delete all stored Google/YouTube OAuth tokens
- • Delete all YouTube channel analytics and video performance data
- • Delete all YouTube revenue and monetisation data
- • Remove your YouTube channel associations from our systems
You can also revoke Wild Vision OS's access to your Google account through your Google Account Permissions page. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
